We are at Promo Media Designs taking some points in Consideration to prepare an organized and professional proposal. Those points are classified into some steps and procedures and all of them depend on the Scope of work:

1. Planning & Analyzing:
   Our design team will make the overall plan of how the contents layout will be through out the project. At the end of this step hosting should be accomplished.
   
   
2. Web Site design & building:
   During this phase our creative team will work out the “Look and layout” of the presentation to give an attractive look to be practical, acceptable, interesting and entertaining to the viewers or end-users. We consult with the client while building and developing the structure, navigation, Style, and Dynamic components. We Create design models and obtain the client approval before we execute the next step.
   
   
3. Technology used in building the website:
   Our development team will make the overall plan of how the contents run with high performance using .Net Technology (ASP.NET, C#) and using the latest version of the SQL Server database and with up-grades and taking in consideration the user Behavior.
   
   
4. Presentation Analysis:
   This will include minor modification, testing, validating, demographical, adding the site to a common search engine & publishing the site.
   

1. Your Company Management:
   • All information regarding the exact requirements is to provide (Soft copy for all data).
   • All Infrastructure & Support for Testing will be provided (If needed).
   • Final recommendation and Approval is also provided.
   
   
2. Promo Media Designs Management:
   • Ensure a dedicated trained manpower for a timely delivery of the project.
   • Ensure that the members follow the agreed scope.
   • Review progress of the project with client coordinator on a timely basis.
   • Prepare comprehensive specifications and design documents to be submitted on CD.
   • Execute the project within the agreed time and budget.
   
   
3. Project Team:
   • One Project Manager
   • One Flash Designer
   • Two Senior Web Designers
   • One Senior Web Developers
   • Two Senior Testers

1. Data:
   • The data supplied by Your Company should be correct, reviewed and final.
   • At the end of the Analysis, Promo Media Designs will submit a detailed Functionality Document, which will finalize the scope of such requirement. Any changes there on will require a prior written approval signed by both parties.
   • It is assumed that the client shall be providing the specifications for the system.
   • Your Company should handle all Data Entry.
   
   
2. Dependencies:
   Review and feedback:
   The progress of the project will depend on the prompt review and sign off on deliverables within a period of two days or the time that will be agreed upon by both. It is assumed that all clarifications and responses form customer will be received as indicated here.
   
   
3. Acceptance Criteria:
   The final acceptance of the project will be based on the completion of the requirements specified in the prepared documents, which will be accepted by both parties.
   
   
4. Change in requirements:
   The project cost estimates given in this proposal is preliminary estimates arrived at with limited knowledge of the system requirements, and the current architecture of existing system.
   The estimates are subject to change if new issues (New System Entities not discussed before) are raised. This shall result in reworking of the project Schedule.
   
   
5. Letter of Acceptance:
   As a first step for the assignment, Your Company is requested to issue Promo Media Designs a letter of acceptance (or a Purchase Order). This will refer to the proposal confirm its acceptance.
   
   
6. Project Location:
   Most of the assignment work will be carried at Promo Media Designs.
   
   
7. Confidentiality:
   All information including recommendations and observation transferred by Your Company to Promo Media Designs Company will be for sole and exclusive Your Company Project Use only. Promo Media Designs undertakes to take utmost care to keep information confidential and will not allow this to be used or shared for any other purpose then the Mentioned Project.
   
   
8. Termination:
   Your Company will have the right to terminate the agreement resulting from this proposal by giving a notice to the other party upon situations that may arise out of noncompliance of the stipulations of this proposal (and this will be only in case of delivery problem).If any one of the parties' issues the termination notice, Your Company will pay Promo Media Designs all amounts due as of the termination data stated in the notice, including the proportion of work competed to the satisfaction of Your Company in the on going stage, until termination.
   
   
9. Delivery:
   The estimated period is to be analyzed, Design and developed by the project team assigned to it is stated before. It does not include the time consumed by the client in reviewing and adjustments.
   
   
10. Validity of Proposal:
    The proposal will remain valid for acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of submission.
